  • Oatmeal flakes 4-5 tbsp.
  • Chicken egg 1 
  • Salt to taste

Process:

  1. Grate zucchini on a coarse grater.
  2. Add the egg, oatmeal flakes, some salt.
  3. Mix it well. Fry the pancakes on a non-stick pan with a little vegetable oil.
  4. Everything is ready! Serve it with a low-calorie sour cream.

2.Diet chicken cake

Ingredients: 

  • Chicken fillet 200 gr
  • Fat-free cottage cheese 200 gr
  • Egg  2
  • Oatmeal flakes 3 tbsp
  • Wheat bran 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Dough baking powder  2/3 tsp
  • Thyme 1/2 tsp
  • Dried basil 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Process:

  1. Put fat-free cottage cheese in a bowl, put eggs and mix it.
  2. Mix wheat bran with baking powder, add cottage cheese and eggs, and mix it properly.
  3. Add  some salt, pepper, and herbs to the dough.
  4. Now add chopped chicken and chopped garlic. Stir  it again.
  5. Pour the dough into a silicone shape.
  6.  Bake it for 30-40 minutes 180C degrees.

3.Russian cold summer soup

Ingredients:

  • Beets
  • Cucumbers 2 
  • Egg 4
  • Green onion 
  • Dill 1 bunch
  •  Low Fat kefir 1 lr
  • Sour cream 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Process:

  1. Take the beets, boil, and allow it to cool.
  2. Then clean the beets and rub on a coarse grater into the pan.
  3.  Here we add the cut eggs.
  4. Then we also cut the cucumbers into cubes and add it to the pan.
  5.  Finely chop the dill and onion.
  6.  Add 3-4 tablespoons of sour cream and season with salt to taste. Mix it well.
  7.  Then add kefir and a little bit of boiled chilled water. Put ready soup in the refrigerator for  an hour. Then serve it cold with low-calorie sour cream.

4.Sour creamy vegetable marrows

Ingredients:

  • Vegetable marrows 300 gr
  • Onion 50 gr
  • Sour cream 100 gr
  • Dill 20 g
  • Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Process:

  1. Wash and peel the vegetable marrows
  2. Cut it into circles. Put it in a bowl, add oil, salt, pepper. Mix it all.
  3. Chop  onion, dill, garlic.
  4. Place vegetable marrows in a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with a mixture of onions, dill, and garlic.
  6. Repeat layers again.
  7. Mix sour cream with water and pour it on top of the vegetable marrows.
  8. Put foil on top of the baking dish. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes

5.Stew cabbage with chicken

Ingredients:

  •  White cabbage 500 gr
  • Chicken legs 2
  • Sweet red pepper 1
  • Onion 1
  • Tomatoes  2
  • Salt to taste

Process:

  1. Separate the meat from the bones and cut it into small pieces.
  2.  Chop the cabbage into strips and cut the pepper.
  3.  Chop the onions thinly.
  4. Put all the ingredients in a pan. Add salt, pepper, and mix it.
  5. Grate the tomatoes on a coarse grater, discard the peel.
  6. Pour the tomato mass into the pan. Gently mix it.
  7. Put everything  in a slow cooker. Close the lid and select the “Extinguishing” mode, set the time – 1 hour 30 minutes.
