Kefir is a traditional product of our diet and a powerful digestive stimulant.

Ingredients:

  • Kefir – 100 ml;
  • Peaches – 3 pcs;
  • Raspberry – 200 gr;
  • Honey – 1.5 tablespoon

Preparation:

First, let’s make a peach smoothie.

To do this, cut the peaches and place them in a blender. Add some honey and some kefir. Beat the mixture until smooth. Pour into another bowl.

Prepare a blender for a raspberry smoothie. Put raspberries, honey and kefir in a clean blender. Whisk everything. Pour the resulting mixture into another dish for convenience. Take turns pouring peach smoothie into a glass, then raspberry smoothie. You need to pour along the wall, slightly tilting the glass.

Сottage cheese, cherries and cocoa

Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese – 100 gr
  • Kefir – 200 ml
  • Pitted cherries – 50 gr
  • Honey – 10-20 gr
  • Cocoa powder – 10-20 gr

Preparation:

For the preparation of smoothies with cottage cheese, cherries and cocoa, we use only fresh fermented milk products. Cherries (frozen is also suitable) should be pitted.

Put a portion of cottage cheese in the bowl, and for texture it is better – not dry and fat-free.
Throw in some clean berries. If additional sweetness is needed, add honey. Pour in some kefir.
Beat until chopped cherries with cottage cheese, add cocoa powder to taste (or add chocolate syrup, icing, chocolate pieces or melted chocolate – your choice), grind for a few more seconds. You can also fill the containers with curd-cherry smoothies and sprinkle with sifted cocoa (chocolate chips, etc.) on top.

Kefir and apple smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Apples – 500-600 gr
  • Kefir – 300 ml
  • Ground cinnamon – to taste
  • Honey – to taste
  • Mint – 1 sprig to serve (optional)

Preparation:

Wash chilled apples thoroughly, remove seed pods and cut into large pieces. If you wish, you can also peel the apples by placing the apple slices in a blender bowl and pouring in the chilled kefir. Whisk for 2-3 minutes, until smooth.

Add some ground cinnamon and honey to taste. Whisk still for 1 to 2 minutes. Pour into glasses, top with straws and serve.

Smoothie with cottage cheese, oatmeal and currants

Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese – 200 gr
  • Kefir – 350 ml
  • Black currant – 2 tablespoons
  • Oatmeal – 2 tablespoons
  • Honey (sugar, syrup) – to taste

Preparation:

To make a smoothie, feel free to use frozen berries – in black currants, freshness is not lost at all after the freezer, and for a cold drink, do not even thaw, crush with all the other ingredients at once. In the heat, such a composition will not only saturate, but also cool.

You can sweeten the fermented milk smoothie with both honey, syrup, jam, and sugar – all to your taste.

After the cottage cheese, throw in a couple of tablespoons of oatmeal. Thickness is also easy to change, like oatmeal in a jar.
Put a portion of black currant, pour in honey and kefir. Then blend it and your smothie is done =)
