Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp potato or corn starch;
  • 3 tbsp rice flour;
  • 3 tbsp. milk;
  • sugar to taste;
  • cinnamon powder;
  • vanillin.

Cooking:

  • Mix all dry ingredients.
  • Pour the mixture into a saucepan, add milk. Stir thoroughly until a homogeneous mass without lumps is obtained.
  • Add sugar, vanillin.
  • Cook over low heat until thickened.
  • Distribute the finished drink into cups, sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Serve hot.
  • Instead of cinnamon powder, finely ground nuts, grated chocolate, or other flavors can work.
